Salt + Pppr : Some basic rules

Hello! I'm really excited to see how much enthusiasm has been built for this little species.
There's some basic rules as to how this semi-closed species works.

What it means to be semi-closed: In this case, it means that while it doesn't cost anything to create one, I ask that you ask permission before creating a pppr and run it by me so we can make it an Official™ pppr and have it registered as yours. This makes it easier to keep track of who owns which fella and adds just a bit of security to make sure no one is stealing someone else's pppr. YOU MAY CO-OWN A PPPR DESIGN, but make sure it is noted somewhere that it is owned by both and registered as a co-owned pppr. 
Another rule of it being closed means that certain traits are not always allowed to make sure the group does not become saturated with divine/rare ppprs. 

Maker rules:

• Please ask permission before creating a pppr so we can note you as the owner and make sure your design follows the basic trait rules.
• Follow basic trait rules (duh)
• CURRENTLY: Free designs are allowed to use 2 unusual and/or rare traits. DIVINE TRAITS ARE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE FOR FREE CREATION USE.
• If your design isn't approved, don't be discouraged.
• CREATING, SELLING, AND/OR BUYING A PPPR INTENTIONALLY RIPPING OFF A PRE-EXISTING DESIGN WILL RESULT IN A BAN AND BLACKLISTING. If you are experiencing any design issues (either creatively or with someone else taking your design), please message an admin for help.

YOU MAY SELL/GIFT PPPRS, I please ask that you check in with an Admin before hand to notify that there is going to be a change in ownership.

• If the design is bought, please sell it at equal or greater value that the pppr was originally sold at. If it is your own design, please contact an admin to determine the value of the pppr being sold. Minimum price is $10.
  
• ADDITIONAL ART COMING WITH A PRE-OWNED PPPR MAY BE USED TO BOOST THE PRICE. It is up to the seller to determine whether or not they'd like to
• You may change the design however you want once bought (Accessories, gender, colors, species change, ect. HOWEVER you will still need to credit me and the original designer when needed)
• AUCTION RULES: Only serious bidders please! Backing out of a bid will result in disciplinary action and possible blacklisting.
